By contrast, we keep the training going! After having attended a webinar or watched the recording, both your admins and providers will get access to our demo site. Once you’ve gone live in TheraPlan, you’ll have 24/7 access to our Best Practices Guides and videos, which are short, visual answers to your FAQs. You can also reference the initial video tutorials at any time. In addition to all of the resources you’ll find within the application, we offer unlimited customer support via phone and email. Our help desk is available from 8AM to 6PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. We welcome any and all questions, concerns, or suggestions, and aim to establish a connection with each of our users.
